I am obsessed with these. The first time I made them I used 1 full tsp of cocoa because I like them a little more chocolate-y and we loved them. The next time I doubled the batch and used a full tbsp. of cocoa powder. That accomplished the chocolate-y ness I wanted. I thought I had enough ingredients but I realized I was low on oatmeal. So I added extra wheat germ and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely make these again. No bake cookies are my favorite and I love that these don't have a ton of butter! Thanks so much! This one is a winner!

Excellent! Healthy but still delicious. I made the recipe as directed, refrigerating the cookies to firm them up. Everyone has tasted no bake cookies, but these are a real find. I actually prefer these to the traditional recipe which I always found too sweet. Wheat germ and flax seed are a great addition. I like ladypit's suggestion of adding more cocoa for a more chocolatey version, too. ShaGun, you're a genius, thanks for sharing your recipe!

These are delicious--you did a fabulous job creating them! I doubled the recipe, using a heaping tablespoon of cocoa, smooth peanut butter, and the optional ground flax seeds. I am so happy I ran across this recipe--thank you for sharing it!

I couldn't believe how good these were! I didn't have all of the ingredients so I had to play around a little bit. Used regular oats instead of quick - I just added a little bit extra milk and "cooked" it for a few minutes with the milk and peanut butter. I used honey instead of sugar and not very much - maybe a tablespoon. I used oatbran instead of wheat germ and natural smooth PB. I did use the ground flax, maybe even a little bit more than in the recipe. I also threw in some raisins just to sweeten things up since I didn't use much honey. They turned out great. My toddler kept asking for more, more. I will double the batch the next time.

How can something so healthy be so good????? I love these. I'm on Weight Watchers and they are only 2 points per cookie. And they are DELICIOUS, so chocolatey and peanut buttery. Thanks for the fabulous recipe!!!

Excellent!! I used Shugr instead of the sugar to cut the carbs even further. Added more cocoa for my chocolate fix. This is my favorite cookie and I've really missed them. I've made them twice already and getting ready to make another double batch. Thanks, ShaGun!

For being pretty healthy these were good. I didn't measure anything, though. These seem pretty forgiving. I did use the ground flax seed. I liked these warm. My 2 year old LOVED them and keeps requesting I make them again.

I really loved these cookies! Mind you they are not sweet like a regular no-bake cookie (usually they are so sweet all I can taste is Sugar)these actually have flavor and the flax seeds add a nice chewy texture. I have also noticed that they do not harden or dry out like normal ones either. Perfect healthy snack for my 2 year old! updated: I have just made these with honey and they are great! They do harden somewhat but they don't dry out.

These are my new favorite! I used natural almond butter, the smooth kind, and I added chopped walnuts and shredded, unsweetened coconut. They were wonderful. Next time I think I will add some almond extract (instead of vanilla) to play up the almond butter flavor. They're quick, easy, and not as guilt-ridden as most cookies. Thanks!
