I made this tonight twice. The first time I made it I thought it was a little dry so I added a little water. It turns out I forgot to add the plain oil, but I think the taste was still good, so if you want to reduce fat content try leaving out the oil, but not the sesame oil. The second time I threw in a handful of asparagus to cook with the noodles. Both ways this was a very tasty dish and cheap and fast to make. I did end up using some of the seasoning packet and we enjoyed it that way. This seems like a very versatile dish and I think you could add many different types of things to it. Thanks for the recipe.

What a quick and simple recipe with staples I typically keep on hand. I added a little bit of left over steak, and it was delicious. I can see how versatile it is, to use any leftovers or veggies you have on hand. I think it would be wonderful with red bell pepper, or peas, too. Next time I'll add a little sambal oelek or some red pepper flaked to spice it up. Thanks for sharing this little jewel.

I really liked this dish. I couldn't cook it the way it was I tarted it up a bit! I cooked twice the amount of noodles in half the amount of sauce (my mistake but it didnt really matter) and added some soy sauce at the end. I like my noodles really dry so it worked out well. I also shaved the carrots with a Y peeler and fried them seperately and used them to top the noodles. I had mine as it but the carnivore bigger half had some chicken fried in soy sauce on top. Scrummy!

Very good! This would be a perfect recipe for a college student..easy to fix and quite inxepensive and tasty. I think I wll only use sesame oil next time as well, as much as is needed for the nice flavor and to keep the noodles moist.

This was a wonderful side dish with General Tso's chicken. I used green onion and added finely sliced bok choy, bean sprouts, and snow pea pods. It also makes a great Friday main dish during Lent season. Will definitely make again!

Made this tonight for my kids and my 6 year old declared "I love it!" Guess that means 5 stars! I doubled it easily, but did cut back a bit on the regular oil and probably was a bit heavy handed with the peanut butter since the kids love it (& we used crunchy). It was easy and I think it would be a great recipe for adding in whatever vegis or meat you have on hand. Thanks, Amy!!

Great recipe! This dish will be repeated often in our house. I used a little more peanut butter and less soy sauce than called for, just for personal taste. I also added a pinch of crushed red pepper. It was delicious. It's great as is, but I can't wait to try it with broccoli, fried tofu and cilantro added too. The possibilities are endless.

I did not know ramen noodles could be so good. I tripled the recipe and it was great.

Very good and easy to make, would definitely make again. Next time, might use a little less oil and soy sauce, but other than that, we liked it!
