I wanted a simple salad for dinner and decided on this one since i have radishes I need to use and was sold by the beautiful photo! This is great! The dressing and the cheese are so perfect together. I did add some white wine to it, but other then that I stuck to the recipe! Thank you for posting!!

This elegant salad was light, refreshing, and delicious on a hot summer's day! The blue cheese and vinaigrette dressing complement each other well ~ They were the perfect match over freshly-picked baby lettuces, thin-sliced cucumbers, and radishes from the garden. I used red onion and red wine vinegar that I had on hand. Otherwise I did not deviate from this simply great salad recipe!

Nan this was great! I used a mix of baby greens for the salad. This was super easy to toss together, and with the light dressing, I was able to taste all of salad's flavors. The blue cheese was a treat for me since I'm the only one that eats it. Nick's Mom

Excellent simple salad, great dressing, lovely colors. I used a mandoline to cut the cukes and radishes and used Boston bibb lettuce. Thanks, Nan!

Since the cost of radishes are quite high right now, I used some green peppers, which are also pricey, and onion, and some diced tomatoes with butter lettuce. I would have use cucumbers but have a son that doesnt like them. It was an easy recipe to follow, and was oh, so very good. I love the simplicity of the recipe, but the taste is so good. When the price of the veggies called for in the recipe go down, I would like to try it again. Luckily I had Danish blue cheese leftover from a recipe that my son made for Thanksgiving. I will also have enough to make a second salad.. THanks.. it is a great recipe!!!!

Nice colors indeed in this salad although for my taste a little bitter. Will try again with 2 pinches of sugar

I found this to be really bitter - and really disliked the dressing. Sorry, I have given it some thought and don't know how I would fix it differently - so I won't be fixing it again at all.
