Loved these cucumbers! I doubled the recipe and added some dill to the cucumbers while marinating. Sprinkled more dill again after draining and enjoyed them with a sandwich for lunch!! Thank you Bethie for a great recipe!

An excellent salad that my family and I enjoyed! I made this for the Preserve A Little Zaar World Tour Challenge.

I really liked this salad a lot. It brought back memories of my carefree childhood spent devouring 1 just like it. I halved the recipe & made just as written. My DH, however, said he much preferred the creamy versions, so we compromised. I suspect I'll make it for me & revise it for him.

Very good. I think I'll add the dill before refrigerating and also add a few onion rings next time to kick up the flavor just a bit. We enjoyed it as is, though.

This is a great recipe for sweet pickled cukes! I used 1 tsp dried dill, added with the brine, and it was very good! One of those recipes that get better with time. Thanks!

Made for ZWT III. I really liked the refreshing taste of these cucumbers. I didn't have any dill weed, so I added dill pickle juice to the liquid mixture. I also added some sliced onion. I left it in the refrigerator overnight and then added a little parsley.

Let's see, cucumbers, dill and vinegar, sounds like a winner to me! We have a lot of cucumbers (as does everyone) during the summer, and the salt and sugar and vinegar mix together to make this wonderful combination of delicious! These were extra crunchy, and you just want to put your fingers in, and grab them like a little pickle bite! Yum, yum! So crisp, I added just a sprinkle of chives. Thanks Elmotoo! Made for ZWT3 07

Easy to assemble & a light tasty side dish or salad. I added some thinly sliced onion & a spring of dill to the marinade (personal taste). Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed these. I added dill as well and let them marinate in the fridge overnite, served them after draining the brine and they were a hit all around.
