Oh this was good. I had no problem adding tall the anchovies--I love them. I did substitute low fat sour cream for the full cream and added no cheese--Along with everyone else, I say thanks, Milla!

This is one great tasting potato dish! I was worried about the amount of anchovies because I'm not a huge anchovy fan, so I reduced the amount to one 80g jar. Sensational flavour for such an easy recipe.I did julienne the potatoes, and, to my shame, I added a handful of grated cheese on top.Next time I make this I'll add the full amount of anchovies and not add the cheese, the recipe doesn't need the cheese and the anchovies are delicious (to my surprise...lol). Thanks Milla!!

This was so very good. I made this for my elderly neighbor lady and then had to stop myself from scarfing the whole thing down. LOL! I did not add cheese and I did not reduce the anchovies.... my neighbor loves anchovies and I always thought they were gross.... well not anymore! This is a great dish kolibri! Thanks for posting!

Really lovely potato dish. I used lite cream and it still tasted great. The photo with the cheese looked too good, so I had to have some on top as well and I really enjoyed it! Thanks for a special side dish!

This should be made with sprats (Sprattus sprattus) and not with anchovies. The confusion arises out of the Swedish word being "Ansjovis". These are obtainable at Swedish shops in 125g tins
