This dish was a great success. I used black sesame seeds and these, combined with the green of the scallion against the white of the potato made for a very attractive presentation. And the flavor is surprisingly rich in a dish with so little added fat.

These were delicious! I love how flavorful these are, yet not overpowering. I used toasted sesame oil, but hubby didn't like the smell, so next time will use the light. Great easy recipe; thanks!

This was easy to make, healthy, and different! A wonderful side dish when you want something other than the noodles or rice. Thank you.

YUM, but horror, I got hubby to make these, and he left out the scallion, when I asked why, he said we didn't have any. Turns out he didn't know what they were! We did have some, and they were added. Thank you for this easy recipe. Good to cook spuds without the grease!

What?! A potato recipe that doesn't include, butter, cream, cheese or sour cream?! No way! I really liked this recipe, it was a wonderful change for the average American style potatoes that are the "norm". My husband didn't like these, but he is a midwesterner and didn't "get" the idea of soy sauce and potatoes. I however, did and I quite enjoyed this different dish. Thanks!

We loved these!!! I know this simple & easy to prepare recipe will be in regular menu rotation here. The flavor is wonderful. I did overcook my potatoes a bit, but they were still yummy. Thank you Lori for a great recipe!!!

Very easy, very tasty. I'm sure this will be great served with a wide variety of dishes and I'd have been quite happy just eating this out of the bowl on its own!

I really, really liked this. It was delicious! I loved the slightly sweet taste and the crunch of the onion. It wasn't too salty, just a very nice flavor for the tongue. I never would have thought to try this with potatoes but what a delightful change. Thanks!
