This earns five stars from DH for the taste. Personally, I'm not a huge pork steak fan but I give this recipe five stars because it took me five minutes to prepare and didn't make a huge mess in the kitchen. Even better, my 4-year-old asked for seconds and cleaned her plate! And, even though pork steak isn't my favorite, I didn't have any problems cleaning my plate, either. Served with rice and acorn squash. Thanks!

Wow! This was even better than I had hoped! My DH was literally licking scraping the pan to get the last of the sauce on his plate! As they say in the South, it was lip smackin' good! :}

This was excellent! My picky kids even enjoyed it. I used pork loin cuts. I will be making this again soon and adding it to my favorites! I loved the quick prep time and ease of this recipe.

OMG! Saw this recipe and just had to try it! Soooo glad I did! I used about 1 1/2 lb. boneless chops and served over rice, as the recipe suggested. I will DEFINITELY be adding this to my list of favorites. Love that it has minimal fat, too! Thanks SO MUCH Purdy Good Cook, for posting! IMHO, you're a PURDY GOOD COOK!!! ~Manda

This is a delicious, bold little sauce that packs a lot of punch. Next time I may add a little bit more water because I felt it was just a tad too strong. Yummy though... definitely five star flavor and super easy to make! Thanks for sharing-I'll definitely be whipping this up again.

I must have cooked mine a bit too long because the sauce wasn't able to be poured over rice, but it still tasted very good. I used less pork chops because there are only two of us, so next time I'll shorten the cooking time.

If I could give this 6 stars, I would! This is excellent! My husband & I are going to try that sauce with other meats like a brisket, over a roast, etc. I have already added it to MY FAVORITES. Thank you!!

I didn't have Brown Sugar, so I used regular white sugar. It turned out better than I expected. But I think I will lessen the sugar next time, it was a little too sweet for me, but the Hubby and Baby Boy loved it a lot.

Yumm-ooo!!! I loved this! I served garlic mashed potatoes with this instead of rice. I will absolutely add this to my favorites, and share this with friends. Thank you!!
