SUPER DELICIOUS! and the first time I have had eggs with salami, what a perfect marriage! this omlette is to die for, this would make a wonderful light supper also, I will make this so many times again! thank you.

Kittencal, you did it again! These eggs are absolutely wonderful. They are nice and creamy and with the spicyness(sp?) of the salami(I always use the Kosher, Hebrew National)it is very good, the dish was great. Of course, with the onions. I served it with Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and of course Cuban Cafe con Leche. It was wonderful. Thanks for sharing, Diane

Kitten, I was looking to use up some eggs before going on a trip and also I needed a quick but tasty dinner. This was perfect. What a fabulous idea to use baking powder. I added a little chopped parsley for garnish. Thank you for another outstanding recipe. I can't wait for your cookbook!
