Quite good!! I too was unsure while preparing the batter, but turned out great! For you WW ladies and gents these muffins work out to 4 pts each using the recipe as stated.

This is one of the yummiest muffin recipes! Easy and so tasty! the mayo makes it. They've gone from USA to Sth Africa, now to Australia!

This recipe is the tastiest, most unusual in ingredients... yet so easy! I didn't even have to make major changes for the conversion from American terminology to South African! It has come to Africa!!!

I liked these. I added 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 cup grated cheddar to the batter. It was delicious.

I have made these before and they were great! I made mini-muffins for a playgroup and they were a big hit. I plan on making more soon for my DH to take to work.

I made this recipe out of curiosity - very unsual ingredients. The recipe was very easy to make, the muffins came out beautifully - great colour and texture, and lovely spicy aroma thanks to the parsely. Definitely something different. I wasn't too sure at first, but the taste grew on me. Delicious straight from the oven with some butter. Worth making again for something different from the norm.
