Yummo!! Simple and easy to make, and so delicious! My 6 year old ate the whole plate, so that tells me this is a 5 star right away. I used whole wheat rotini noodles and scaled the recipe down in half. Turned out perfectly and creamy. Sometimes home made mac and cheese recipes can be a little grainy, but not this one. Thanks for a terrific recipe Hope!

My kids love the "blue box"; I can't stand it, so I'm very happy to find this easy kid-pleasing recipe! I used tri color rotini, since it was leftover. It was delish, with enough cheese sauce to please our wisconsin cheese loving taste buds! Thanks!

Just wonderful! So easy to make — I had no idea! Very clear directions, and FINALLY the kids and I agree on a mac & cheese recipe! We all loved it, and it's going to be a new staple in my house from now on. So glad I tried this, it really was even easier than the blue box....With NO complaints! YUM!

This was a great mac and cheese recipe. I used small shells for the pasta and used cheddar as well as a little provolone cheese. I would have liked the sauce to be a little less rich, which I'm sure could be accomplished by adding more milk. I will be making this again soon!

This was incredible. I didn't know that home-made mac and cheese was so easy to make! I used what I had in the house, which was whole wheat rotini, half and half and soy milk instead of regular milk. And I used cheddar and a bit of harvarti with jalapeno cheeses. I also added a touch of nutmeg to the sauce - divine! I doubled this recipe without any problems. Thanks for posting!

This was fantastic! I used a white cheddar cheese (since that's all I could find in my local supermarket in Japan). The sauce came together so nicely and is the perfect amount to smother the pasta. I doubled the recipe since I served it as a side at Christmas. Thank you for this fantastic recipe!

Excellent! My youngest says it is very very very very very good. My oldest said that he would let me make it again. From these two, those are HUGE compliments! I will be putting this one in my permanent book. Thanks for this!

I loved this recipe! This is just like my Grandma used to make. She sometimes would put it in the oven with extra cheese on top and tomato slices and bacon strips for extra flavor.

I made this for ZWT III. Quick and easy macaroni and cheese recipe. Goes great as a side dish. I paired it with smoked sausage and peas. After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to add a half cup of colby jack cheese to make it a little cheesier.
