I used fresh broccoli parboiled for a few minutes and garlic salt and basil and it came out great! You can really do this with any combination of vegetables (maybe spinach and mushroom). Very Good!

this smelled really good while baking but the taste was a bit too bland for me. I might try adding garlic powder to the egg batter to give it more flavor. I also might use fresh broccoli since that just tastes better to me than frozen. But I've been looking for a broccoli casserole so I appreciate this recipe. Thanks!

Yummy! Thank you for sharing. Keep them coming! I used two muffin tins (total 24 mini quiches) instead of an 11x7 pan so I could freeze portions easier. They came out great and the cooking time was basically cut in half.

A huge five stars! This made a fantastic week night meal. So simple to prepare and packed with vegetables. My 5 yr old and 12 year asked for seconds! Wonderful flavor. Next time I must double this so that I can actually eat this for breakfast as well.
Thanks so much for such a yummy, guilt free dinner and breakfast!
I just wanted to add, I bake mine in cupcake pans. Beautiful presentation, great way to freeze single portion sizes.

Flavor, texture and Ease of preparation is a 10! I want everyone to know that it still turns out even if you omit all the veggies, as I did. I added 4 slices of turkey bacon to the top and baked for about 40 minutes. It was perfection! Next time I will use zucchini and mushrooms.

I loved this recipe! This is such a great breakfast and/or high protein snack. I just used what I had at home and it still worked. I used 1 whole egg and 3 whites (didn't change point value),low-fat mozzerella & skim milk. I also had a bag of frozen onion, red, yellow, and green peppers mixed which worked great and added so much color. I also added crushed red pepper for a kick.

Mmmmmmm, this was especially yummy! And only 3 points! Can't be beat!. I divided it up and put the extra into the freezer so I can have an easy, low point lunch!

I made this just as directed. It was a nice hot breakfast, but as others have suggested, feel free to "kick up the flavor" with your own options (add chopped scallions, top with salsa, add dill weed seasoning, etc.)

Love this quiche! I have made two different kinds. Did the one listed here and then I made one with spinach, mushrooms, onions and garlic. Wonderful! Can't wait to think of a new one to share with my WW friends!
