I had a craving for cheesecake one night but couldn't talk DH into going to the store...I had no gram crackers but thats not the part I was craving ...it was a great filling and I have made it a few times since. I've even made it in single serving amounts. One day maybe I'll actually make the whole cake...but why bother? Great recipe, thanks so much for posting.

This was THE BEST cheesecake I ever had. Every bite was orgasmic! I used fresh Key Limes instead of Lemons.
