The cod had a nice bit of crispness on the outside, beautiful color. Itwas lovely and moist inside. I served this to a very fussy eater and a quite large piece disappeared! The fish has a lovely lemon flavor that does not overpowerit Thanks Kymmarie for a very tasty recipe

This was wonderfull! It melts in your mouth. It was very easy to make. I sprinkled Italian bread crumbs over the cod then the paprika. My family loved it.

This is to die for!!! It is simple yet elegant. This recipe does not overwhelm the fish but imparts a rich buttery lemon flavor which truly enhances it's natural goodness. Would like to try this with other types of fish. Simply great!!!

This is really a amazing dish. The fish is so tender and flaky and the flavor is wonderful. I used 2 pounds of cod, but kept the butter and other ingredients the same. The cod was perfectly done at 30 minutes. Cod is a favorite fish at our house, but not like it was tonight. With four people, there wasn't a lick of cod left after dinner. I couldn't believe it. I even checked the bag to make sure I didn't miss another filet! Thanks for posting this recipe.

This is one of the best recipes I have found to use on codfish.I don't like frying fish because it is always so messy and sticks onto the pan. This is the perfect alternative. It is fantastic!!

I don't even have to make this recipe to rate it. This is the exact recipe I've used for years! Thanx for posting it so I don't have to! I have used it on all kinds of fish including spot and croaker which are in abundance in North Carolina where I used to live. The only thing I do different is I use cayenne pepper instead of white for an extra 'kick' but not the entire 1/8 tsp.Love it, Love it, Love it!

this was very good, and i usually don't like baked fish recipes! it had a nice crust because the butter crisped it, which also made the inside nice and moist. Thanks!

Made this last night for dh and I, only substituting pollock fillets for the cod, as this is what I had on hand. This dish had great flavor, though the flour turned out goopy, as another member stated. We will definitely try this again, maybe either leaving out the flour part, or else, not pouring remaining butter mixture over it in the pan. great dish for dieters!!! YEA!!!

An extremely tastful excellent recipe! I substitude butter for olive oil as most Greeks do and I ever reduce the amount of it. But the result was super. And it also a very beautiful dish. Its a total keeper. Thanks Kymmarie for such a perfect recipe!
