These were delicious. I used six chops but only doubled the marinade and it turned out fine. By accident I put in 1/2 tablespoon of cumin (it should have been 1 teaspoon, since it was doubled), and I didn't have any onion powder and it still was wonderful.

It was ok.. Kind of like a cuban pork roast, but was missing a lot of the main ingredients that make for the flavor. I added oj, oregano, coriander, extra garlic, extra cumin and some cilantro to the marinade. The lime juice is way too overpowering, you can just use the extra lime juice after being cooked if you like lime THAT much. That's why Cubans use the oj..

We had these with Spanish Rice (Recipe 29787) and my Skillet Herbed Cabbage (Recipe 202859). Cooked the pork chops on the Foreman grill set at 450 for 3 minutes. They were perfect. Pink in the middle and nice and juicy. I had marinated them for about 4 hours in the frig. So good! Thanks for posting Toni..

These are amazing! The blending of flavors is outstanding and the meat is so moist and tender. DS said that the marinade would make great fajitas and I think he is correct. Served these with Smokey Chili Roasted Broccoli Smokey Chili Roasted Broccoli by katie in the UP and Mexican Red Rice Mexican Red Rice by Jessica K. Definately a keeper!!!

This was an excelent simple marinade that worked perfectly with pork, I don't give 5 stars out easily so consider me very impressed indeed.

I marinated these chops overnight & cooked on the Foreman grill. (I also left out the olive oil.) Lots of flavour & tender, juicy meat!

Yummy. I made Spicy Sweet Potatoes & Smokey Chili Roasted Broccoli to go with this. I enjoyed the whole dinner, but wouldn't be able to feed it to DH because he dislikes his mouth being on fire. I did make one small change. I only had 1 lime and needed some go in my broccoli as well so I used a mixture of lime, lemon, and orange juice in both, so my chops came out with just a hint of lime which was just perfect for me. I marinated for about 3 hours and cooked them on the George Foreman grill. Delicious.

This was very good. I cut the pork into chunks and marinated for about three hours. DH grilled like kebobs and we served it with Cuban Black Beans and Rice (Cuban Black Beans and Rice). Will definitely serve again. Thanks Toni!

Another keeper! I had to improvise, since I was making 6 chops, but neglected to get enough limes, so I used a combination of lemon, lime and orange. I also added some peppers and onions while the pork was cooking. Very fajita-like. Thanks!

I have made these pork chops twice! They are some of the best tasting pork chops I have ever eaten. I do not normally prefer pork chops, but these are easily worth trying once, and then you will be hooked and will make them again.
