I subbed cardamom for the cinnamon and the kids loved it. This was especially great for a little guy that loves bananas and needed a hot breakfast before school. :D

This was a quick and tasty treat. I ended up eating most of it myself since DH was being picky. Just the right amount of sweet and heat on a cold night. Reminded me of the flavor of fried bananas.

I had 3 small "over ripe" bananas and some coconut milk to use up; this recipe was just what I was looking for. It is definitely comfort food and a snap to prepare. Thank you for sharing this!

This was great! I think this would be great in the morning with ceral! I didn't have an coconut milk on hand, so I used 1 cup of milk(skim, it was thin but I am used to that) with 1/4 tsp coconut extract! You are right, I really like the sweetness it gives to the bananas! Thanks for the recipe!

These were awesome! I loved the bananas!!! This reminded me of a dessert I had at a thai restaurant in Hawaii.... I used light coconut milk and worked just fine! Perfection Elmotoo!

I love cooked bananas. This would be great with oatmeal or cereal like BestTeenChef has suggested, but was very good by itself. Nick's Mom

Yum! I could eat a whole meal of these! I ended up having to tap a coconut and making my own coconut milk, which was delicious (!) and definitely worth the work for this recipe. My kids liked this too. Thanks!

Very nice - easy and tasty in a comforting way. I agree with a previous reviewer that this would be great over oatmeal - it would be perfect!
