This was so good! I have had to make it a couple of times already at my DH's insistence! I made these with powdered milk – got to get calcium in when I can. I'm sure they will be just as good with toasted wheat germ.

This is a very sweet and yummy snack! I also used 1 cup powdered milk and 1 cup wheat germ. This is easy to handle and quick to make. I only had shredded coconut, so I needed about a cup for rolling. But I like the looks of the shredded anyway. The only comment I got from the family was Mmmm...

These are really neat. I loved the differnt texture. That being said... don't sub in Cream of Wheat for wheat germ! I don't think it really worked. I also found out I didn't have the coconut when I was ready to start rolling. So these ones are doing the "full monty". I will make this again and make sure I have all the CORRECT ingredients on hand. Even with my errors, they still turned out to be worthy of 5 stars. I can't wait to try them when I don't mess them up!

This was such a treat. I used all toasted wheat germ and a white chocolate peanut butter. I wanted to use what I had on hand. Thank you! It was great!

I served this at a party recently and it went over quite well. I made the balls slightly smaller then noted and covered some with powered sugar, as there were people present who were allergic to coconut. Thank you for the easy and tasty sweet dish.

Gritty texture different from other peanut butter candies. Used a full 2 cups of powdered milk and 1 full cup of grated coconut. Recipe yielded me 34 pieces. Made for Dessert Forum~Sweet Challenge ZWT4.
