Fabulous! I added some garlic to the oil and sauteed the chicken in that and I added 1 small jar of capers to the sauce to make it more "authentic" The addition of the capers make it taste more like true picatta and also add that extra zip to solve the blandness problem of the previous reviewer had. had

This dish was excellent both times I made it. So easy and so flavorful. I highly recommend.

Made this for supper tonight, it was quite good, but more bland than I thought it would be, next time I would add maybe a little peri peri or cayenne, to give it a little zip. the only change I made was the chicken broth, I used chicken broth with garlic and herbs, thanks for sharing.

Below was my original review of this recipe. Since then I have made it several times, and with a bit of capers thrown in it is a GREAT recipe!! Tonight I made it with whole wheat flour and Morningstar Farms chicken strips, and it was perfect!! This was quite good. Wish I had some capers to put in, that would have made it perfect. I added a touch of balsamic vinegar, and that helped with the blandness.

We all thought this was pretty good. I cut the sugar in half, and was glad I did. I think it would have been too sweet for out taste with the full amount. I also wish I would have added a bit more corn starch - it didin't thicken up too much. When I first tasted the sauce, I was afraid we weren't going to like it, but once it was on the chicken, it was really tasty. I'm sure I'll be trying this again, as I'm constantly trying to cook lower fat meals. Thank you!

This recipe was fabulous!! I've tried many different recipes and this one is by far the best. I made a few changes. I only used 1tsp each of the S&P. It wouldn't be Chicken Piccata without the capers.
