This was an excellent bake. I have never done a pasta bake before and this one turned out great. I did sub in ground beef for the mincemeat. I also omitted the oregano (turned out I didn't have any). My DF doesn't like pasta and yet he thoroughly enjoyed this dish. Glad you posted it.

Very nice bake. I put in pretty much everything I had left in the fridge - all the listed incredients, plus I ended up putting in some chard as well. I also grated the carrot, it's a good way to make it "disappear" for those difficult to please husbands

Big five stars for this one. We also used ground beef and I really shredded the carrots up good cause the others here would have had a fit if they saw carrots in there. We love beef and pasta. Very good flavor.

Pretty good. I left out the carrot and added some dried basil as well as the oregano. This tastes a lot like my pasta bake recipe I have submitted. Am taking the leftovers to work for lunch!

This was a very good weeknight dinner. I didn't have canned tomato soup so subbed a can of tomatoes that I whizzed up in the food processor. I did add a dash of worcestershire sauce, and I used penne pasta as that was what I had. A real kid pleaser, I made this Monday night and the kids ate the leftovers on Tuesday.

I made this for supper tonight....and wow! This was yummy! I shredded up lots of carrots and celery in the food processor and it wasn't even noticable to my 5 year old...snuck in some veggies again! Next time I will raise the garlic up a bit. Thanks for a great recipe!

Very good pasta bake, wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I did add the chopped celery and used ground chuck. The carrots were matchstick precut and I did use 3 cloves of garlic instead of two. This is such a great tasting and easy meal, thank you for posting!!!

This was delicious! Everyone had seconds, my husband had thirds! Used full 12 oz box of spiral pasta, 150 g must be typo because that wouldn't be nearly enough. Also it was the tri-color kind (my kids love it). It was also quick and easy to make. Thanks so much for posting.

This is really simple and quick and tastes pretty good, too. I didn't have concentrated tomato soup, so I used standard one and let it simmer a little longer to thicken. I used a little less minced beef and added some mushrooms as suggested. Thanks for sharing the recipe. :D

I used ground beef and a red bell pepper instead of a carrot. I also added a layer of ricotta cheese (mixed with egg, parmesan cheese and ground pepper) between the layers of pasta and meat sauce. A dash of crushed red pepper is also good.
