What a great recipe for 2 minute noodles
(this is what we call them in Aust/NZ). Amber (4) devoured these. I cut the butter back to about 2-3 teaspoons and added a few chopped up veggies but the "sauce" is the real winner. Thank you Ms_Bold, my kids loved this and I will use this often!

Thank You Vote_For_Pedro for a different twist on the old basic standby. It certainly was creamy. My DH and I thought it was fine, but my DS's were shocked that I would dare try to change 'a perfect'(to them) thing! Will make it again, though change the flavor(I used beef, and it was 'quite' beefy), and will decrease the amount of flavor pkt.

This is great! I used 3 packs of noodles, and 2 sachets. Added some vegetables, and the result was a quick, easy, tasty and economical feed for five! It was a lazy night, and we had leftover bread rolls I'd made the previous evening. I'll be making this again, next time I will reduce the amount of butter slightly, and add some diced chicken as well, and serve with a big green salad. Thanks, this is a great recipe for a busy Mum!

We had a bunch of ramen in the pantry and not much else for lunch so I decided to make this! I am so glad I did! My husband usually HATES ramen but really enjoyed this! We added some veggies and added only 1/2 of the seasoning packet. GREAT! THANKS!

You saved me with this one, VFP! Our 4 yr old was disconsolate because her sisters had eaten the last package of creamy chicken ramen. I made this up with a package of roast chicken ramen (and 1/2 pkg of the seasoning) and was surprised at how well it turned out. She was thrilled and I'm happy to find a new kid-friendly way to fix a budget food...thanks so much!

This is good. I've always loved ramen noodles anyway and this just kicks it up a notch. Next time I am kickin it higher by adding small shrimp to the mix. Thanks VFP!

For a cheap, Ramen recipe, this was awesome! What I did different was totally exclude the seasoning packet (too much salt for me) and added a dash of nutmeg, ground black pepper, some Garlic & Wine seasoning (from The Melting Pot restaurant - but garlic powder works well also), and about 1/4 cup of shredded pecarino romano cheese. The result was creamy, gooey and totally flavorful. Thanks for posting this recipe!!

While getting ready to move, I found myself with a few cereal sized bowls, a microwave and a few contents left in my refrigerator. I dumped the noodles and seasoning packet into the cereal bowl with enough water to cover it all and nuked it for about 5 minutes.stirred it up and added some margarine and the milk, nuked it again for a minute and I had an instant meal. Very nice! Who would have thought? I will no longer scoff at Ramen noodles! Thanks. (Try it in the microwave too!)

A very quick and tasty side dish. I used the chicken flavored ramen, and I used 3/4 of the flavor packet and it was perfect. Thanks!

This was a fast thing to put together at the last minute. The only thing I did different was add vegies and salt/pepper to the sauce. Thank you for rescuing my dinner problem tonight. It was very flavorful!
