It's because of recipes like this that friends love it when I'm in the kitchen! Making this jam was a snap, & the resulting spread is REALLY DELICIOUS, but then, coming from Sharon, wouldn't it be! Thanks for a recipe that I'm keeping around! [Made & reviewed as a recipenapped tag in Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #18]
