Great Salad!!! So easy with so few ingredients but really wonderful! I added cracked pepper and some fresh thyme to the dressing (and chose mayo over miracle whip). I used red leaf lettuce and spun it in the salad spinner.. so crisp and sooo good! Thanks Hope!

Light and refreshing. I used baby greens and a white onion. Added 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt. and fresh cracked pepper to the mayo. The dressing was this but went far.

This was outstanding. I used a clove of garlic and 1/8 cup of grated red onion instead of the garlic and onion powders. Also added a small handful (1/8 c.) of craisins and 1/4, slivered almonds. Wow! Also, used leftover dressing for a chicken/romaine salad - it was terrific. Thanks Mama!

Wow! This was wonderful. I really enjoyed this easy to make salad, the flavours and textures were great. I made this recipe as stated. I love the combination of juicy mandarin oranges, sweet red onions and crisp lettuce, with a simple sweet and tangy dressing. Thanks for sharing mama's kitchen.

My family enjoyed this recipe. Even my 6 yo who said I'm not eating that ate every bite that was put on her plate (our rule is you have to try it - she did that and a lot more!). I cut the recipe in half since there are only 3 of us and it came out great - thanks mama!

This is very nice! I like the mandarin oranges in a salad - easy & festive. I used mixed greens from my garden & vidilia onions, both worked out nicely.

This salad was pretty tasty. I used miracle whip light. I would maybe just add more mandarin syrup or some sugar to make the dressing sweeter if I make again.
