I made this for my lunch at work today. It was definitely easy, filling, and I love tuna. But, I just wasn't very excited about the lack of flavor in this. The feta added a nice bit of bite to it, but it was really lacking in seasoning. It definitely needed salt, some pepper, and maybe something else to add some zing to it. Im not sure I would use the lemon next time either... The capers added a nice touch, but overall I just felt it was lacking in flavor. Maybe if I were to serve it hot instead of cold, it may have been better. I will try it again serving it hot to see if I feel different about it.
This is a very easy recipe, with originality. Maybe I'll add some herbs salt and pepper next time for a bit of "umpfh". This is definitely a recipe I could work with... thanks for this one. I will try it out again soon and alter to suit our tastes. Thank you

When first made, this recipe was 4*, but after adding a bit more feta cheese, some black pepper and dried basil, it became a 5*. I always rate by the finished product, whether I changed anything or not. For the tomatoes I used 1 pint fresh grape tomatoes. Thanks for a tasty lunch and good luck with the contest!

Chef is correct, in that this easy recipe can be served hot or cold.... I served the recipe cold, using fresh tomatoes. Chef, you have successfully combined a minimum number of ingredients, to achieve the maximum flavour. Simplicity is the key ingredient. Thanks very much. Chef, you might want to set up your instruction details differently. As it is, No. 1 runs into No. 2 and No. 3 runs into No. 4. Minor detail, but important for purposes of contest entry.

This is my first attempt at any thing like this recipe, and I must say, it was quite good. I am still trying to develop a taste for capers, so I did go light on them, but I am getting there. Great recipe.

Easy to follow instructions and I was able to half this recipe without any problem. The combination of the feta, capers and lemon juice worked great with the tuna and orzo. I also added a little minced, Jalapeno. I will be making this a lot this summer. I served it on a bed of Boston lettuce. You have a winning recipe here and thank you for sharing it.

A very nice easy type of salad, especially for the young/college people with very little time and who will need practical and nutritious meals.
