I made this recipe to take to a goodbye-retirement party at work. It was delicious and folks enjoyed it. I followed the directions exactly and it did take a while to get everything cut up. This makes a TON of salad, way more than 8 servings (as a side). It was better the day it was made than the next day... the feta seemed to get stronger in flavor to me. I did enjoy the dressing and will use that with other combinations of pasta and veggies this summer.

This was delicious! Light, refreshing full of great flavor and beautiful colors. the amount of dressing suited the amount of orzo and veggies perfectly. AND it was really quick and easy to put together. My girlfriend and I LOVED this and definately want to make this again!

We had this on a thick bed of baby spinach. Really enjoyed the flavors in the salad. I had to leave the feta off as i have an allergy, but my roommates said the additonal feta gave it some Umph!! Good Luck! Great Recipe!

Being unable to find another box of orzo, I subbed a tiny pasta in order to prepare this salad. The colors in this salad are visually pleasing…the reds from the fresh tomatoes, the purple from the red onion and kalamatas, and the greens from the bell pepper and green onion all make a striking salad. This recipe contains very strong flavors and I found the dressing a bit tart. I ended up adding 1 T of sugar to the dressing. We did enjoy this salad and I would prepare it again. Thank you for a RSC recipe we enjoyed!

I enjoyed the fresh taste and bright color of this salad. I thought that the dressing needed a little something to perk it up and that the onion was maybe a little too much.

I thought this was a pretty good recipe. The presentation was fantastic with all the different colors. A little heavy on the Feta for our taste. I didn't alter the recipe except to use a yellow pepper instead of the orange, but I don't think it made any alteration in the original. I didn't have an orange one. Creative.

This was brought to my house by someone else for lunch. You could smell the garlic when it walked in the door. It was attractive and had a very nice flavor. Nice salad which could be used for a side dish or main course.

Really delicious and definitely deserving of more than 5 stars! Very easy to put together. All the great Med flavours melded together to create a harmonious salad full of bright, fresh flavours. We all loved this!

This was a lovely salad and a change from the usual macaroni salad. I did use the olive oil and regretted it as it left a kind of aftertaste and the salad would have been much nicer with a light vegetable oil. I also scaled back the dressing ingredients by about a third and found it was just right. Finally I used dried basil and oregano but in much smaller quantities and omitted the red onion entirely. It was better the next day and I would recommend making it the night before a party.
