7 Reviews of Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

I am neither proficient nor prodigious in the kitchen, so when I make something it is extremely gratifying when the kids like it. They loved this recipe. I made three batches, one as per your directions (minus the nuts), one with ss chips and Reece's chips, and one with white choc. and butterscotch. All were excellent, and very easy to make. Thanks for the recipe.

These are really good. I used milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Very tasty. The recipe is easily made and you have cookies in almost no time, making it great for those times when you need something in a hurry (like for the kids school etc). I got 34 cookies and they didn't last long! I recommend this recipe.

I did have trouble with the lack of specific measurements, as I buy a lot of baking products in bulk, but I figured it out — and these are good cookies. I especially like the look of them (like miniature chocolate haystacks) and how they will make a Christmas cookie tray more interesting. I left out the nuts and I don't think that hurts the recipe. A keeper.

these are a holiday tradition in our family as my boys love them. for people who are afraid to try this without specific measurements, my recipe calls for the 12 oz bags of both chips and a 6 oz pkg of the noodles. i do not use the nuts, but my recipe calls for 1/2 cup of peanuts. try these, they are easy and delicious. bet you can't eat just one!

A childhood favorite — we make using peanuts and raisins instead of pecans sometimes or sometimes make without the nuts at all. A great quick easy recipe. I like to throw it together to put on a cookie platter for parties for the contrast to the other cookies. It always goes fast. Yummy. Can be made with variety of chips also. The chips can be melted in microwave when you really are in a time crunch. (about 2 mins in ours)
