Stacky, great again. Just a little trick we use here, mayo on one slice of bread and yellow mustard on the other piece of bread. Trust and try ! LOL...I was given it this way eons ago as a child and have turned many on to this.

This has been one of my favorite sandwiches ever and this is exactly the way I have always made them. They are good for Breakfast or Lunch or a late night snack! I always add a little cracked black pepper to mine! Thank for sharing a classic!

I have always made mine this way too! I love them with homegrown tomatoes. It's great to have this posted for all of the beginner cooks out there or people like your ex, who have never made them. I fry my bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet to avoid splatters, then drain on paper towels.

Exactly how I make mine, except the 12 slices of bacon you cite would just about do it for MY sandwich. lol God, aren't they delicious?!

Absolutly PERFECT. I love BLT's and this is exactly how I make them... only I add avocado to my sandwich. Thank you for a great lunch.

Exactly how I've always made mine, too! We only really ever eat them in summer when the big juicy, homegrown tomatoes are ripe. Hubby likes a slice of cheese on his, too.

Great sandwich! I used shredded lettuce and mixed it with the mayo and mustard, then spread that on the toast. Yum!
