This is a great little recipe for mushrooms! I love all the garlic! I used minced garlic rather than slices otherwise i stuck to the ingredients. Great side dish, especially if you love mushrooms and garlic! This would be great on top of steak!

What a fabulous recipe. So simple and such great flavours! I used cilantro instead of parsley as I'm not so keen on it. :D

Well, the name of the recipe says it all: "supreme" and "garlicky". This is both, AND delicious. I didn't have fresh parsley, so I just used some dried stuff. I used portabello babies. This will rate up there with my very favorites. Delicious!!!

Great mushroom recipe, I even increased the garlic and the parsley, and used half butter and half olive oil. We loved it as a dinner side dish! thanks Karen!...Kitten

If you are a mushroom lover, this recipe is right up your alley! I served with Great Caesars Toast and it was the perfect accompaniment. I made as posted except that I made 1/2 of the recipe. Very easy and the flavor is great. Thanks for posting a keeper!

These are really tasty mushrooms. The recipe was easy to follow and took no time to throw together. I had presliced mushrooms and used minced garlic. Served the mushrooms with some nice grilled steaks. Perfect supper!!!

Delicious! My family loved these garlicky mushrooms. This goes together quickly and easily but is loaded with flavor. I used minced garlic instead of sliced and I added a splash of white wine when I added the garlic. I served this on top of grilled tri-tip. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.
