These are super crispy, we loved these potato pancakes, I made these to go with your Baked Hamburger Patties With Pasta Sauce, very filling meal! made as stated and soaked the grated potatos in water overnight. there was lots of water in the bottom of the bowl as stated, so I just kept mixing it with the potatos as I was frying. my family raved about these. Another winner from KITTENCAL!

I must admit I could not wait overnight for the potatoes to soak. I waited about 1 hour, then proceeded. They came out nice and crispy! Thanks Kit, I really enjoyed these for breakfast with a little ketchup! I did quarter the recipe. Made for 123 Hit Wonder game.
