This was really good! Instead of saltines, I used panko (japanese breadcrumbs) and it was really crispy and flavorful. We would definately make this again. Thanks for posting!

This was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for savory flavor on a light fish. I used a different mix of herbs (Herbs de Provence) that I had on hand, and added garlic powder - it tasted great. Also, I didn't have cracker crumbs, but had rice cakes I've been trying to get rid of for a while. I crushed one rice cake and it still had a crispy texture. Yum!

This was absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe to a "T" except instead of cracker crumbs I used Louisiana Fish Fry breading. I just loved it.

After finishing two of these fillets, my husband said, "This went by too fast. I could eat another five of these." So there you have it. I have more tilapia that I was planning on trying another recipe with tomorrow night, but it's going to have to be yours again. Very, very yummy. We had them without the sauce. Our fillets must have been small, because I made three with this recipe, and I think I had enough coating for one more. Thank you so much for the recipe! So good.

I had four tilapia fillets,so I ended up doubling the cracker crumbs( which wasn't a good idea, made too much)I think just another 1/3 cup of cracker crumbs would've been plenty. The doubling of the seasonings was just right though. And as we love cheese, I added about 2 1/2 Tablespoons to each fillet.Together with these recipes, Broccoli Casserole and 24k Carrots, and Buttery Bread Machine Rolls It was a very good meal.Thank you for posting, this will be made again."Keep Smiling "

This was ok. I'd probably just make it with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (with the parmesan cheese mixed in already)next time and skip the extra butter.

What a great and easy recipe! I used only 3 tbsp butter and added extra parmesan b/c I love cheese and it was great. Next time I'll add more seasonings to the crackers/breadcrumbs for a little more kick, or maybe season the fillets before adding the topping. Thanks for the recipe!

This was good but not great. I felt it lacked more flavor. I think a squeeze of lemon just before baking may give it the kick it needed. My BH liked it very much and even though he had chili sauce on the plate, he didn't use it with the fish. I will try the lemon next time. Thanks for posting!!

Delicious crunchy, tasty recipe. I used whole wheat soda crackers and next time will leave them chunkier -I made them a bit too fine but they still had crunch. Very easy to make too. Served with steamed carrots, Okra and oven potatoes. Lovely dinner thank you Caroline
