This is a very tasty dish which was given 5*s by everyone tonight!I didn't have fresh parsley but used dried instead. One meat eater said they would have given up their pork chop and had a bigger portion of the mushrooms instead! That says it all- thanks for a great recipe.

This was very yummy! Almost like thick mushroom soup! We enjoyed it very much. I added garlic to the mushrooms, used dried parsley (forgot to get some fresh when I was at the store), and used a colby jack cheese. YUM-O!

We really enjoyed this. I sauteed the mushrooms earlier, and later heated them & followed the recipe from then on. Thanks.

OMG, these are awesome! As IMDCOOK says, you have to double the recipe. I didn't and wish I had. I cooked the mushrooms for about 10 minutes before I put them in the oven. I was cooking something else at 350 so I left the mushrooms in for about 25 minutes. I will be making these again. This time I used mozzarella cheese and I think it would be awesome with the swiss cheese too. Will have to try that. Thanks for another great recipe Kitten!

This is great! It doesn't make very much, as the mushrooms really cook down, so I doubled the recipe. Thanks for posting it, Kittencal!

This tasted incredible with the mushrooms sliced thick! This could be a nice sauce for some meat dish or served standalone. Didn't last for leftovers!

Definitely delicious! I added a few things to mine tho; i added chicken and some peppers for extra flavor. I didnt have fresh parsley so i added a little basil and rubbed sage. I added a little milk just to make it a little more creamy. And topped it off with moaazrell and a cheddar cheese. YUM!

Mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese are always a perfect combination. This is so simple to make and is such a treat for mushroom lovers. I easily halved the recipe and used light sour cream without any problems. The fresh parsley is a must... don't leave it out. Thanx for a great mushroom dish!
