I tripled this recipe and took it to a potluck. I came home with an empty pot and requests for the recipe. Easy and tasty. I did cut back on the mustard a bit, but followed the rest to a T.

Yum! I loved this! The only change I made was to add a bisquick crust on top... next time I will try cornbread on top, it will be fabulous! Thanks for sharing

I have used this recipe (called Dollywood Cowboy Beans) published in Fix-it and Forget-it Cookbook. The only difference is my recipe calls for 1 small onion, 1 28-oz can pork and beans, and 1 1/2 c. ketchup. I throw all the ingredients into the crockpot and cook on low 1-2 hours. It tastes wonderful and is easy!! People always ask me for the recipe!

Very good flavor. It was a different kind of dish than I'm used to, so I would prefer it as a side dish.
