We all enjoyed this and it was a quicker prep than pan frying. Did stick to the pan a bit, so will use cooking spray next time.

    This was good. I made it using mini potato,bacon, and cheddar cheese pierogis.The next time I think I will use cheddar cheese instead of the parmesan and maybe add some green onions too.

    Yum! I had a box of potato/onion pierogies so I used that and then I added some mozzeralla cheese on Top too. It looked amazing. My older son said it reminded him of white pizza. I was thinking of other things to top it with! My picky one was picky...

    Oh, yeah!!! Crispy, chewy, cheesey and buttery. Love it! I now have a new use for frozen pierogies. I think almost any cheese would work with this recipe. Thanx for sharing this 3 ingredient "masterpiece." It's a keeper.

    I thought it was great, and very crispy. I also added bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese. Very nice!

    This was great; nice and crunchy. After reading another review I sprayed the pie plate with non stick cooking spray. I used freshly grated parmesan cheese but I will experiment different cheeses in the future. Thanks for a great recipe

    Ok, I just made this for the kids and served it with sour cream. In between all the "mmmm", they give this recipe 5 stars :D Before I put it in the oven, I sprinked it with garlic powder

    I did not do it just right..it did not crisp all the way..so I am going to make it again and come back and rate it...But I loved the flavors...I love pierogis...Thank You and Hugs

    Yummy and easy. I used potato and cheese pierogies, and the whole pan was eaten up...no leftovers. That tells me this is a do-over.
