My Mom and I have made a variation of this for years, using any good tomato, and chopping it coarsely. Also add a chunky-chopped cucumber to it for an even more summery flavor!

Loved this recipe.The only changes I made was to make a little more dressing and I also added a little sugar and some crisp crumbled bacon! My family loved it, even my dad who is not much on salads like this! great for a quick, tasty and colorful side at any cook out or pot luck! Thanks!

This was delish!! Followed a reviewer's advice and added some crunchy cucumber cubes...sooo yummy! A bit of fresh basil kicks up the freshness some more, too!! YUM!

Very easy, fast, tasty salad. I used fat free mayo and it was still good. I think the red onions are a must. Will certainly add it to the salad rotation.

This is great! I have made it many times this summer and with all kinds of tomates not just cherry. I have also added kirby cucumbers to this mix with yummy results. Thank you!

I used my homegrown cherry tomatoes for this recipe. Mmmmmmm! Delicious! I used cilantro in place of the parsley. I will definitely make this again. Thanx!

I used beef steak tomatoes and chopped them. I also added fresh chives ( I love onions!) I wanted so badly to add bacon but did not, my doctor is thankful! Must try!
