Wow! Riff is right! These turkey burgers have tremendous flavor. I didn't add any breadcrumbs, as I don't really care for a lot of filler. I did begin grilling these on foil that had been sprayed with Pam. After both sides had been seared well and were holding together, I then removed the foil and grilled directly on the grill rack to get great grill marks and more of the grilled flavor. I had mine served up on a hamburger bun with wasabi mayo. Hubby chose to top his with barbecue sauce and loved that complement. I do have to agree that these are some of the best turkey burgers ever.

These are outstanding!! I made then exactly as called for except the sesame seeds. They are wonderfully moist! I had to cook the in the oven, because I used them in my cooking class and had to cook a double recipe. The oven worked great. I liheated some oil on a cookie sheet first brushed the tops lightly with oil and baked at 350F for about 18 min. without turning. Super, serbed on buns with Wasabi mayo and shredded lattuce. Thanks for such a great recipe!

Riffraff these were really good! I did use some Asian grill seasoning in place of salt and pepper. The combo of flavorings were wonderful. I think the next time I make these I'll use 1/4 cup of beadcrumbs. I used 1/2 cup and put the burgers in the freezer to bind for 1 hr. The burgers seemed a little to bready to me. I will make them again.

These were really good & easy to make. I loved the sesame seeds. I am always looking for recipes that use ground turkey. Thanks so much!

Deserves all the 5 star ratings. DH hates turkey burgers but loved these. They do taste like the inside of a pot sticker as someone else said. I left out the breadcrumbs because I am on weight water core and didn't want to count those points. I also left out cilantro 'cause DH doesn't like it. I think next time I may add diced waterchestnuts (I think someone else suggested that as well). I served these with no bun and Saucy Susan duck sauce on the side. My DD liked it with soy sauce. DH suggested next time making some dumpling sauce to go with them. If I were to use a bun, I think I would toast it and rub with garlic and duck sauce. I served this with stir fried bok choy and fresh corn on the cob. A great meal that I will make again. Would also be great with fried rice, stmd rice, or lo mein if making without bun. With the bun I'd recommend an asian slaw, stir fried veggies, or a big tossed asian inspired salad. Will be making this again and again. DH even wants to try this mixture in pot sticker wrapers. Thanks so much for posting.

These are fantastic! I liked them more than DH did. He wanted some sort of sauce to go on them (wasabi mayo would have been wonderful!) I came out with 5 good sized burgers and grilled them on the George Foreman. I took one for lunch the next day and put two more in the freezer for an instant dinnner sometime in the near future.

There's a reason this recipe has five 5 star ratings. These burgers are wonderfully flavorful. I didn't and won't change a thing.
