You just have to love the simple recipes! This was delicious. My husband mmmm'd his way thrugh dinner again. When he does that, it's usually a 5 star recipe. I took your suggestion and served a mushroom pilaf and green beans with it.

Another winner from Charmie!!! Was just perfect! With a substitution of white wine for the chicken stock--very, very flavorful! Made for PAC 07. Thx for this delicious entree!

excellent!! made as written with the exception of seasoning the flour with salt, pepper and cayenne and garnishing with fresh parsley. this is a yummy keeper recipe! served with Spinach Feta Orzo and Sauteed Radishes!

Wow, this was a fantastic chicken dish! We really enjoyed the flavors the prosciutto and cheese imparted to the chicken. My dh doesn't like parmesan cheese, so I subbed colby jack for the parm. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. I served this with marinated tomatoes, green beans and french bread. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Excellent!! I'm not normally a lover of Swiss cheese, but all of these ingredients were wonderful together. I made this with Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Asparagus with Brown Butter and Pecorino and this is the best dinner I've had on the tour so far. Thanks so much Charmie! This will be repeated often.
