This was very good. Company good! I didn't have any peanut oil so I used canola oil and only 1/4 cup. I put foil poked with holes on the grill and spayed it with oil because I was afraid of the fish sticking and falling through the grill. Worked out great. Will definatly make again. Thanks for posting.

This recipe was simply OUTSTANDING! Instead of all ground ginger, I also added in some fresh ginger (I love fresh ginger). I also added a little more garlic to mine as well. Finally I cooked it in the oven for 15 minutes, re-marinated it and flipped it over, cooked another 15 minutes, repeated marinating and flipping, and cooked a final 15 minutes. Did not overcook at all and was MARVELOUS! Very tasty, and easy to make! Highly recommended for anyone to try this recipe... it's a definite keeper! Thanks for sharing it with us all!

This was absolutely delicious and everyone I've served it to loves it! We have a food sealer so I mix it all up in the container, suck out the air and only have to marinate for half the time!

This was amazing, I tried it on salmon and chicken and loved both. the marinade is just slap youre' Momma GOOD, will be using this over and over again. I turned the grill up to high for the last minute to caramelize it. i used chicken breast and marinated it for 6 hours and it was so juicy and tender, it was amazing. Yhanks for posting a keeper.

This was very very good, now one of my very favorite ways to make salmon. Next time, I will try with less oil. I didn't have much time so i only marinated for 4 hours, next time will marinate longer as more flavor would be great. I baked at 375 for 25 mins. for 2 filets from Sam's club, perfect! I poured marinade over filets before putting in oven. Easy and delicious way to eat salmon! Thanks for posting.

I loved this marinade. I used regular onion instead of scallions and left out the red pepper flakes. While the fish was grilling, I took the leftover marinade and boiled it - then added a thickener (wisked 1 TBL cornstarch with 2 TBL ice water). It made the tastiest sauce - out of this world!

I have used this recipe many times, and I haven NOT reviewed it. What was I thinking?? It is wonderful. I am going to do it today with Salmon. It leaves it tasty and moist. I have made it with the chicken, and everyone couldn't belive how moist it is. Great recipe!

Excellent salmon recipe! I made the marinade with canola oil vs. peanut but made the rest identical. Marinated the fish about 4 hours and then cooked on a charcoal grill. My husband basted with some of the marinade and then dumped the extra on the coals for lots of smoking power. Delicious! The whole family gave this 5 stars.

This is fantastic!!! Holy cow, I'm never a fan of salmon because the marinade stays on the top and when you get to the center of the fish, it's boring and fishy, but this marinade settled down and made itself at home! I didn't even have a chance to marinate over 3 hours. Wonderful. Thank you so much.

This is just wonderful! I made as directed and heated the marinade to use as a sauce over the salmon. Just perfect! So very easy to prepare for a quick, don't heat up the kitchen, supper! Thanks for sharing!
