This is the best chicken taco recipe I have ever tasted!!! 5 Stars don't begin to do it justice - I give it 100!

Family-friendly flavor and texture, gusrod1948, and it's easily spiced up with more "heat" if desired. The mild banana wax peppers were easy to find at my local grocery. Loved all the suggested extras; avocado, sour cream, cheese, sliced jalapenos, lettuce, and chopped fresh tomatoes. We enjoyed it all with homemade tortilla chips #14578.

This is a great recipe! It's spicy but not too hot. I substituted 4 chicken breasts since I don't like dark meat and had enough for two meals for my husband and myself.
