This is the best coconut fudge I have ever made! It was very quick and easy. I did make some changes though. I used Baker's Angel Flake sweetened coconut, and I used 1/4 coconut, and 1/4 vanilla extract. Also, I didn't roll it into balls, I poured the hot fudge mixture into an 8x10 glass dish. Thanks for a great recipe!

absolutely great recipe... loved the cocnout texture without the coconut tasste- quick and easy for those who want to entertain on a time limit... and especially weasy for those who are just starting out in the cooking realm.
