My family just moved in our new home, and found strawberries and Rhubarb growing in our backyard. My mouth started watering....So I came here and made this recipe. WOW!!! I have had this type of pie before, but this is the best I have ever tasted. I used 3 cups of strawberris and 3 cups of Rhubarb instead. Fabulous Thanks!

Very good! I made the crust from scratch, skipped the egg glaze, and sprinkled sugar over the pie when it was done. We really enjoyed this.

I made this very easy recipe and it was the best strawberry rhubarb pie I ever tasted. The lattice top was easy enough to do and sure added to the presentation. I made sure to chop the rhubarb thinly as I was concerned that the crust would cook to quickly and the rhubarb would still be crunchy. I also placed a piece of tin foil over the top of the pie until about 15 minutes from finishing time to make sure the top did not brown too much. I also added 1 tablespoon of vanilla. It turned out perfectly. I will definatly make this again and again. I am thinking of baking one for the fall fair next week. Yum Yum!!!!

This was the first pie I ever attempted to make on my own, and it was delicious! It was very easy to make (though I didn't attempt the lattice top this time) and turned out far better than I had expected. I'll definitely be making this pie again. Thanks for the simple, yummy recipe!

This is a fantastic pie! I stuck with the regular amounts of fruit and it was nice - not too tart. I also really enjoyed the consistency, as strawberry rhubarb can be really runny if you're not careful. My only recommendation is that the cook time be lowered a little. Mine only need about 40 min. at 375, and next time I might lower the temperature to 350. Thanks for a great recipe!

I just bought a flat of strawberries in Louisiana. I found some rhubarb and deceided to try this pie. It was wonderful. We had some friends over for a crawfish boil, no one had ever had strawbvberry rhubarb pie and everyone loved it. I will keep my eye out for rhubarb so I can make it again.

wonderful! my family does not like it as sweet so I used equal amounts of the fruits and reduced the sugar to one cup. I made 2 pies and between the 9 friends and family members they were both gone that day! It's been less than a week and I'm back for the recipe to make it again.

I have made this with both the lattice top and full top crust. My son was so impressed that when I asked him if he wanted a bakery pie, he said "Yours is better, but this will do."
