This recipe is awesome. I just made it, and it's extremely tasty, and a very nice light fare for a picnic!

A very easy and tasty salad to put together - I did need to add a little more salt, though. I think if I was to make this again, I might add some feta for a bit of extra flavour.

Made a couple of changes, omited the oil and added 3 ounces of diced tofu to make more nutritious for a meal. I used this as a meal, not a side. This is probably just personal preference but the dressing seemed to make the salad to "soggy". I guess I'm just use to fluffy couscous. The flavor was ok, but probably not something I will make again. Sorry GaylaJ, I really thought I would like this recipe more since the ingredients are all things I like. It is a very easy recipe to make, goes together quickly. I'm going to try the buttermilk-dill dressing on a salad it had a nice flavor.

Very refreshing salad. Loved the flavors of the buttermilk and dill. I did add a bit more salt to taste. Will be making this again.

Pleasantly light and cool, but nothing to write home about. I agree with NovaM that it needs more salt and more something else. It's a bit bland as is, and I'm unlikely to make it again.

This is fantastic! I've never had couscous before, so I didn't know what to expect texture wise, but it's very good. And the flavors of the dressing work perfectly! It's a nice, light salad that I know I'll be making many more times. Thank you.
