Very good, I had to leave out the applesauce, had none in. They were very tasty, I did add a garlic clove and used ground dark chicken meat. I had no trouble grilling them, they stayed together well and I will make them again. Thanks for posting.

I just made this recipe for dinner tonight and all 4 of my kids (6 and under, mind you) LOVED it! My husband said they were the tastiest turkey burgers ever. I had no onions so I substituted about half an Fantastic brand onion/musroom soup & dip packet and I eliminated the salt. Yummy!!!! Thanks for the recipe!

I won't rate this because I think that my ground chicken was just to "juicy." I couldnt get these to form for anything, the mixture was sloppier than oatmeal. No amount of extra breadcrumbs would have saved it. I'll try again with turkey next time.

I had never made a meatball before in my life and these turkey balls were the first. I broiled them until there was a small about of almost pre-burned marks on top of the ball. Turned them once and then simmered in gravy, (red sauce) for 12 minutes. I substituted dry onion flakes and Bragg's Liquid Aminos (real soy sauce with much less sodium) and added pressed garlic. I also used some of the mix to pan saute and make crumbles to have for another meal. I think the sugars from the applesauce give a nicer browning on the meat. NOt to mention the added moisture that ground turkey white meat needs.

Um......YUM!! I was a little confused at first because of the ingrediants but it did sound different and that is what I was going for. We grilled them and didn't even use a bun and my hubby and I were dumbfounded on how great these are! We are making them again tonight and will be making these a lot in the future. Thanks so much for sharing this with us.

I made these for dinner tonight — really yummy. I used a tablespoon of fresh thyme instead of the parsley and only had Italian breadcrumbs. The applesauce and chicken together is sooo good. Made them on the George Foreman and they held together great. Enjoy!
