87 Reviews of White Pizza or Pizza Blanca

Try sprinkling a few Italian herbs, crushed on the crust before adding other stuff--I have also topped this with Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach — you name it--we'll eat it on pizza!

Yummy! I've made this quite a few times, and we love it. Tried some of the variations that have been posted. We especially like adding fresh Roma tomatoes and basil. Very tasty, and such an EASY recipe.

Everyone at our party loved this. It is a beautiful looking pizza. Even people that don't typically like onions very much liked this.I think next time, I might try a thin crust. Last night, I made another one but used red sauce this time and it wasn't nearly as good. Definitely keep it as a white pizza!

Not bad! A little bland for our taste, but a fun and quick snack nonetheless. Even though it is supposed to be "bianca" I think next time we will add some sun dried tomatoes or pesto for a little more flavor. Thanks for a nice snack!

How could anything this easy be so good? It went like a wildfire and I had to go get 2 more Boboli crusts and make more. I added a handful of mushrooms and a shallot.

I made this last night for my family and they absolutely loved it! I doubled the recipe and made two. I also added basil and chicken. My family wants me to make it again tonight! Thanks so much!

Easy but with a great flavor. The sauteed onions & garlic really add more flavor than I expected. I used a refrigerated Pillsbury pizza crust, and I had about a cup & a half of onions. DH "needed" meat, so I added a couple of slices of diced bacon to half of the pizza - it paired well with the onions. Add a green salad, and you've got a 20 min weeknight meal.
