How unusual to come across this recipe. I love sweet breads. This is a keeper. I took it to Sunday's get together and everyone asked for the recipe. I gave them this site and recipe # so hopefully you will have more fans trying it.

I found this to be an easy bread to assemble and a great reward to eat. IT made the house spell good too as it baked. I made do changes and the birds ain't gettin' my bread or the crumbs.

It's an excellent recipe. I used very ripe kiwi fruits that had a little tang and could be easily mashed with a fork. The flavor came through brightly in the finished bread. The only change I made was 1 cup sugar instead of 2/3 cup. The cake was ready after 45 minutes (using a convection oven), moist and flavorful. Highly recommend.

I throughly enjoyed this bread, I ate 1/2 loaf immediately. What's not to like in a good sweet bread, perfect with afternoon tea.

This bread is awesome. I actually used mango instead of kiwi and everyone loved it including my kids who kept coming for more. Not too sweet and just perfect for an afternoon treat. Next time I will try the kiwi.

I'm trying really hard to like this bread. I really want to like this bread. It smelled a little funky while baking, and it tastes like...not much. It could be my kiwis were not quite ripe enough, so I will try again. But for anyone who prefers their quick breads on the sweet side- this is not it. If I make this again it will be with some serious tweaking.

I looked at the 15 kiwis on the sink a friend gave me and read this recipe. Majority rules so I tried it, made a double batch. It;s awesome and I will make this again and again and again

I found this to be a wonderful tea bread. Light to the touch and a delicate flavor. My girlfriends and I devoured the loaf last Sunday.
