Wow! This is amazing! Just to do the conversions for some of you, I use about 1 cup of strawberries, 1 1/2 cups of milk, 3/4 cup of yogurt, about 1 tablespoon of honey (I just give a squirt) and a banana- hope this helps! Sometimes I even use orange juice instead of milk! This is my new nightly dessert! Thanks!

Who woulda thunked that Jamie Oliver and I would invent the perfect breakfast smoothie? This is my recipe -EXACTLY. Naturally is gets 5 stars. In the summer months I like to add crushed ice for a "slushier" drink. If I'm really smokin', I will also add 1 Tablespoon of soy protein powder to really kick things in high gear. MMmmmMMM!! CG

Fabulous smoothie. I love using honey to sweeten instead of sugar. I would also try this with vanilla yogurt
Thanks for this recipe! I'll be making these all summer!

Berry, berry good! The strawberries really take centerstage in this one. Also the combination of yogurt and milk makes for a good balance in thickness — enough to be creamy and filling but not so much as to overtake the fruitiness of the smoothie. Most smoothies I make have ice, but this woked nicely without the cubes. Thanks blue!

This was really good. I made it for my breakfast since I had to do some errands. Only change I made was using Strawberry Banana Yogurt instead. Thank you for sharing.

A berry tasty and substantial drink. 1 cup was more then enough. would be great as a meal in a glass or on the go. The only change i made was to use frozen strawberries and bannana. The frozen fruit made the drink very cold and refreshing. Thank you bluemoon.

Fabulous Smoothie! Strawberry Banana is such a wonderful combination. The honey made it extra sweet and yummy. I used frozen banana and strawberry, so it was almost like a shake - perfect!

The best blend, for the best smoothie! The only difference for me is that I used Whole Milk. YUM! Officially my favorite smoothie recipe!!

Healthy and too yummy! This is great. The combination of strawberries and bananas. The fruity fresh notes from the strawberries are completed by the smooth touch of bananas. Low fat milk and jogurt make it for a refreshing and also filling smoothie. A touch of honey, if the strawberries are not sweet enough is great. What do you want more from a smoothie? Easy to make, yummy and healthy.
