This is an awesome cookie and everyone asked for the recipe. We loved the combination of pumpkin and the chocolate chips. The glaze added an extra "wow" factor. This is a keeper, Lici!!!

I'm reviewing the glaze for this recipe. It couldn't be easier - came together in a snap with items I always, always, always have in the pantry. It was a delicious topping on Mbatata (Sweet Potato) Cookies. Thank you so much for posting!

I just made these cookies and they are so good! Very soft and just the right amount of pumpkin and the chips and nuts are just right! Thanks for posting!

These cookies are moist, tender & delicious! As a personal preference, I used pecans instead of the walnuts. My problem was with the glaze - it made the cookies soggy and messy. My hubby thought the cookies would be good with a cream cheese frosting while I think they would have been just fine without any glaze or frosting at all.
