These are wonderful. I made them exactly as directed. Definitely better than those in the store. I don't normally like microwaved food, but I think these are actually better nuked straight from the freezer for about 1 minute. I'm going to try with shredded cheese next because I don't like dicing. Thanks, Pamela.

Easy to make, my husband loved these. I am going to make this monthly. Easy snack. To save time, we microwaved them (straight out of the freezer) for one minute until they were slightly thawed. We then finished them off in the toaster oven for about about as long as it takes to toast bread (2 min?). This saved time so we didn't have to wait for the oven to heat up. Finishing it up in the toaster oven gave it that crispy texture, not soggy like you would straight out of the microwave.

The fist time I made these everyone ate them so fast I didn't get a chance to freeze them. The second time I tried the whole wheat mini bagels. The kids did not like them and I ended up using them in my lunch. The wheat bagel does have a different taste when it bakes (slightly bitter)) but it was o.k. I think I will go back to white bagels (for the kids sake).

I can't believe I forgot to review these! I've been making them for a long time and my kids just love them. Much cheaper and better tasting than the commercially prepared ones. Thanks Pamela!

Super yummy and TOO EASY! I can't believe how much I used to pay for these when I bought them premade! Craziness.
Thanks, Pamela!

My DH would eat the store bought bagel bites 24/7 if he could. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for finding your wonderful recipe! These are 10X's better tasting then store bought & I know exactly what is in them. I increased the sauce a tad, just personal pref. & omitted seasonongs but they were still awesome. Thanks for such a 5 star recipe.

I made these last night and froze them overnight. Then for lunch today we had a few of them. They came out great! I will definitely be making these again. I used mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, pepperoni, Boboli pizza sauce, and a tiny bit of oregano and crushed red pepper flakes. The photo I submitted shows how they look while still frozen... I meant to also take a picture after they cooked, but we were so hungry I forgot about the camera! Oops. Maybe next time.

These came together nicely. Gave some away to the kids on our block so they can make easy after school snacks. I used Penzey's Pizza Seasoning for extra flavor.
