This was a great dish. I used bow tie pasta and cooked shrimp. When adding the pasta water I also added a chicken boullion cube so I left out the added salt. Easy to make and fast to get on the table. Thanks for the recipe.

Delicious pasta dish, very easy to make yet very tasty I made the recipe as stated, using angel hair pasta and adding herbs & chicken base(McCormicks) to the pasta water. We loved the flavor of all the herbs & red pepper flakes. Thank you Jessica, for posting this recipe which I willl be making again & again.

I adored this recipe! I used 1 tsp Italian spice, a pinch of crushed red peppers and 6 garlic cloves and angel hair pasta. Great as it is, but for a change I just added a 14 oz can of diced tomatoes! It's a whole new flavor! The trick of adding some pasta water seems to thicken the sauce. I'm going to use this with other dishes. Thanks so much for this wonderful meal!

Yummy! I sauteed the garlic then added a handful of chopped escarole. Followed with the shrimp. I find that shrimp needs 3-4 minutes so I didn`t want to overcook it. Didn`t need any pasta water. This was so very tasty and easy. Thanks!

Absolutely excellent! This was much better than I thought it would be. I am usually very critical about food but this fantastic. I wouldn't change a thing.

So very easy and delish! Followed to a T but reduced the amount of pasta by 1/2 making it saucier and shrimpier... are those words??? Oh well they are now! lol I used parsley and thyme for the fresh herbs as that is what I had on hand. Would be wonderful with so many different herbs- great possibilities! Thanks for another fab recipe Jess!
