8 Reviews of Peanut Butter Banana Tart

Too sweet and gooey for us. DD liked it but the adults thought it was a little too much. PB to the roof of your mouth kinda thing. I will try this again with more bananas layered UNDER the pudding rather than on top and half the pb. I think it would be better with some choc syrup drizzled on top rather than the melted chips. Also less sweet- and fewer calories.

Super Good!!!!!!!!! I thought I would take a shortcut and use Hershey's syrup in place of the chocolate chips. Don't do it, the syrup is way too thin. It tastes great but runs all over the place.I layered the peanut butter and pudding instead of mixing it but it was still fantastic!!

Couldn't resist making this after seeing it featured on the front page. It was so easy to throw together and tasted delish too. I had to leave out the banana flavoring (didn't have) but it was still great. Thanks!

This is really good. I do not like bananas but with peanut butter and chocolate it was great. The whole family enjoyed it! Thanks!

Yummy! I used vanilla pudding with the banana flavoring, and melted semi sweet chips with a tsp of butter flavored shortening. This is very easy to put together as well. Thanks for posting. Nick's Mom

The tart didn't set up properly; I had a big mess in my hands when I served it. The melted chocolate chips also hardened; I was looking for a smoother topping. Also had to reduce the peanut butter by half.

I changed this a bit to fit our diet and it was still very good. I used a low fat graham cracker crust, sugar free fat free pudding, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and the same amount of other stuff. My husband said it reminded him of Denny's peanut butter chocolate pie. Thanks for a good recipe idea.
