28 Reviews of Kids Love 'em South of the Border S'mores

I guess great minds think alike and we both posted this recipe! I just realized that my photo got moved and I had not reviewed your recipe yet. My kids loved this recipe and it was a snap to make. I did use 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows as that is what I had in the house.

My 2 year old son just loved these! They tasted great! I was out of cinnamon so almos left it off, but decided to borrow some from a neighbor. I am so glad I did. The cinnamon really makes these in my opinion. Thanks for a quick, easy, tasty recipe that my whole family enjoyed!

I agree that the cinnamon-sugar mixture makes this dessert stand out. Even though we had burritos for dinner, these tortillas tasted like dessert. Roxygirl

We have made these a bunch, it is my hubby's new favorite dessert! Of course, my daughter loves them too. It is so quick and easy. I'm not wild about vegetable spray so I have used butter or margarine instead. Yum!

We loved these! Our tortillas were 10" so we added a couple of extra marshmallows and chocolate chips. We used mini chips, which melted well. Since there are 3 of us, we cut into 6 pieces and ate 2 each. It was a perfect bedtime snack that had to be served with a glass of cold milk.

This was a delicious and extremely easy dessert. I just threw this together on a whim after reading the recipe, since I had all the ingredients in my kitchen! Used mini marshmallows instead of large, which worked great. I Also added chopped walnuts for a little extra texture. Left out the cinnamon & sugar topping. They were so sweet already, I didn't think that it was needed.
