I made this glaze to top Easy Cinnamon Flop (a five-star cake). I did not have whipping cream on hand, so I used half and half, but only used about 3 tablespoons. I thought it turned out well. Thanks, Kitten, for a great topping for a fabulous cake.

The title says it all - really easy and really good! I made 1/4 of the recipe to drizzle over half your cinnamon flop ........ its a good thing the computer does the math for me (LOL). I used vanilla which changed the colour from white to beige so next time, I'll use a clear flavouring. Thanx Caril!

this glaze is awesome however this recipe makes a ton of it. I pared it with a simple bronie recipe and my entire family loves it.

I used this on top of Kittencal's Easy Cinnamon Flop. I didn't have whipping cream and used plain milk — it was still good, though I could tell it would be much more rich if made properly. I think I'll omit or lessen the amount of vanilla extract next time, though.

Made to glaze Banana Pineapple Streusel Muffins & was totally delighted with the flavor of this glaze....I can't believe what a difference whipping cream makes in a glaze like this. This was really, really surprisingly better than all the other glaze recipes I've tried. Thanks

I prepared this as a glaze for Kittencal's Easy Cinnamon Flop (Cinnamon Brunch Cake). I added an extra teaspoon of whipping cream and the glaze was the right texture for me. This was a perfect glaze. Thanks for posting.

I have to say that I've had horrible luck making a good powdered sugar glaze. I haven't made a bundt cake in years:LOL: This one is so easy. I started with the 1/4 c. of whipping cream and did have to drizzle in a couple tablespoonsful more to get the icing to loosen up. I added 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp butter flavoring and it was great. Very versatile recipe as I found the consistancy easier to control than other recipes I've tried. Thank you

Turned out great. Used it on your Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake, (Kittencal's Moist One-Bowl Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake) and they were perfect together. Hubby chose the almond extract over vanilla, and it was wonderful. Thanks for sharing, will use again for sure.

This was great however i found it a little too sweet. I glazed it on my cinnamon rolls so it would look fancy . Placed some on my chocolate cake as well. Its good over all, i will make it again.
