KITTENCAL, I really want to rate this dessert more than 5 stars, it is so simple to make and has a light wonderful coffee taste, it's light as a cloud. I like the idea of being able to adjust the coffee amount! I made the full recipe amount, and I only have a couple left for today lol! I really do advise to make the full amount it is so good! Thank you very much for submitting yet another winner!

GULP! That's what I heard when BF tried this. He's not a fan of chocolate (just the opposite of me), but I thought he might like this with the coffe and cinnamon flavors added in. He did like it, but we found that a little is enough (I made the full recipe). Next time we will make 1/2 recipe and that will be just right for us for a few after-dinner treats. Very easy to put together with ingredients I usually have on hand. Thank you from a confirmed chocoholic!!!!!

Oh my! If I could give this 10 stars I would. It's so easy and delicious....nice and light after a heavy meal. I made it a little stronger with the coffee as we all love a good strong coffee flavour, but otherwise made it as written. I made this for my Annual Canada Day party and it was gone in about 10 minutes!! Thanks for a well written easy to follow winner Kitten!

YUMMY YUMMY TO MY TUMMY! This is creamy and it has a GREAT mocha flavor with the hint of cinnamon. I used half and half, decaf instant coffee, sugar-free pudding and cool whip lite. It sure didn't taste sugar-free! I made a half of a recipe. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.
